"The final result was Someone who said he was Sunny, but signed my receipt Bill did fix the problem and the machine is working just fine.(40 minute repair for a $175.00, flat rate) A word of caution. They advertise on their website they know Bosch, not too sure about that. For some reason the softner dispenser will never drain. I did ask Sunny/alias Bill about that. Unable to diagnose. I was going to have him look at the dryer, but changed my mind. Sunny/Alias Bill was a very Honest/ nice person and I would not want to reflect a negative review on him. However, Sunny Appliance Repair, the bill did not reflect the discount. Not a good way to win over a new customer! I would use them again with a repair I already understand whats wrong, however not for any type of maintenance repair"

"We had the great displeasure of returning from vacation on a Saturday to find our hot water recirculator not working. We then had the great pleasure of talking with a very helpful young lady at Water Heaters Only, who scheduled an appointment, on the following Monday, for a technician to come out for a free assessment and estimate. On Monday we had the further great pleasure of working with the technician, Loni, who arrived on time (after we received a courtesy call from the office letting us know he was on his way). Loni was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and, after examining our hot water heater and broken pump and asking some pertinent questions, he assessed the water heater was fine, but we did need a new recirculator pump. He gave us a written estimate, and explained why he chose the pump he was recommending, which I really appreciated. He also had a good suggestion for how we could easily set it up on a timer, if we wanted, and at a substantial savings. When I asked when we could schedule the work, he said he had a pump in his truck and was available to do the job immediately. I was so glad to not have to wait, since our water heater is at the opposite end of the house from the bathrooms, and we hated wasting all that water, waiting for it to get hot! Loni worked quickly and efficiently, and upon completion explained how the new/updated pump worked, and said to be sure to call if we had any questions or concerns. What started out as a major inconvenience, became a very pleasant experience overall, working with the office staff and with Loni. We highly recommend them and would definitely call again. "What a great experience! After moving, my dryer started overheating, was not venting properly and kept shutting off. Mark arrived after a call from his office alerting me that he was on the way. Within 20 minutes he diagnosed the problem and had it fixed. Without even asking (or expecting!), he reconnected the dryer vent which we had unconnected to see if we could fix the problem. After noting that we had recently moved into the house, he checked out our kitchen appliances and gave me all the and quot;do's and don'tsand quot; for everything. Price was so reasonable. I will definitely call again if I have trouble with any other appliance and would have no trouble recommending to family and friends. <br />"

Creig works well with the elderly, understands what is asked of him and is varied in his skills, (he did electrical and carpentry work for us). He is a friendly young man who is quick and professional. We are glad we found him, we'll be using C.F. Services [Creigh Fitzgerald] in the future as there are so many things that need to be done around the house that do not require contractors licenses. I would recommend you give the C.F. "our heating system was not working, first we thought the thermostat might not be working, so we replaced it, still didn't work, then we realized it was something beyond thermostat. So, we searched the angie's list to find someone closeby (with 15 miles) with reasonable price within reasonable timeframe. They offered next morning appointment, which was pretty good to us since we have been there without heat for couple days now. The dignostic price was not bad, $85 compare to >$100 from ohter companies, so this morning Tim called us 2 minutse before 10am (his arrival window is 9:30 -10:00) and told us he is on the way, so I guess we can say he is on time. He told my husband that the electronic ignitor needs to be replaced with $250. So, the total service fee is about $335. I am little shocked by the expensive ignitor because I read somehwere else said ignitor only cost about $50 itself. Other than the expensive bill, I don't have other comments."
