They were here to install a new fence. When they were doing the fence we inquired about a very small job to get our granite counter top squared. They said no problem. They got the necessary sander and fixed the counter before they completed the fence. Great people. We will be hiring them again for any future work. They are a building contractor that does more than just a fence. We will be using them for all our contacting needs. And not to forget, price was reasonable. After calling their references and reading testimonials, I decided to move forward. They scheduled me for install three days after I hired them and in one 12 hour work day, they completed the job! "Professional and on time. Performed tune up as per coupon and found 3 sprinkler heads not performing correctly. Returned on Saturday and repaired the heads. Price may have been a little high for work performed but he as on premises several hours completing the work. I have no problems with the work or workmen. I would use them again if necessary."

"We did a total remodel on our home back in the spring of 2013. Joel Dawson was a sub contractor on our job. He completely gutted all 3 of our bathrooms. Joel did all the work on those and did a great job. He replace every toilet and installed new shower and tub surrounds in each bathroom. He also installed new ceramic tile for the floor in each bathroom. They all look great. Our home is a bit old and posed many problems during the remodel but Joel was always able to overcome every obstacle with ease. He also installed a new front door for us and did crown molding and shoe molding for my downstairs living area. We also changed the placement of the entry door for our downstairs bathroom and Joel built a new wall and installed a new door there too. I would highly recommend Joel Dawson for any contracting needs. He is very punctual and gets work done on time and on budget. He also cleans up after himself really good which is important in a contractor.
