"Two gentlemen arrived on time and were completed within 20 minutes. I had to request them to clean the inside of the glass and provide Windex/paper towels to do so. I felt the price was too much for 20 minutes of service. I felt like all they did was vacuum the interior of fireplace and turn on the starter. I didn't see any check for leaks, etc. I asked if the logs were properly placed bc a neighbor had said that can interfere with performance and was told "yes" but I didn't feel confident in the answer."

"I was called a couple of days after the coupon was purchased, I request a consultation.  Two days later R & R came to my home and explained what I can expect from the 16 hrs of painting and pressure washing coupon.  I did the prep work that R & R suggested I do to maximize my coupon (with some tools they let me borrow).
