We had done several smaller projects "DIY" but when it came to knocking down several walls to renovate our kitchen, we knew we wanted to hire trusted professionals. We had looked at 2 other contractors before deciding to proceed with Perry Bros. Every member of the crew was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We lived in the house during construction and the crew did a great job keeping the work area clean after each day of work. There were several situations throughout the project that required us to change and adapt our plans. Each time, the Perry Bros crew provided helpful guidance and recommendations. There were a few scenarios where they helped accommodate slight changes to stay within our budget. "It was a pleasure working with Ryan Norman on the extensive interior renovation of our 1895 Andover home, and we are incredibly pleased with the results. Every phase of this project was well organized and managed, starting with the contracting negotiation phase. Ryan patiently worked with us to revise the contract multiple times to include as many details up front as possible, so as to minimize unexpected surprises from both the construction and cost perspective. We found his trade crews took pride in the high quality of their work, a reflection of their attention to detail. We also found Ryan’s costs to be market competitive, and the few unexpected expenses were discussed in advance and transparently explained. Work included: chimney removal; kitchen and bath demolition to the studs; hardwood floor removal, subfloor modifications and hardwood floor installation; significant carpentry, plumbing, electrical, plastering, tiling and painting; re-framing and installation of windows and doors; and installation of high end built-in appliances and custom cabinetry with crown and other trim details. All inspections easily passed, and we have great confidence in the construction and will enjoy our beautiful new kitchen and bath for years to come! Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. "I hired Quality Construction (QC) to build a 22x24 two car garage, started from preparing the site. Turns out the site has ledge, QC worked with the foundation guy and did it very reasonable price. QC framed in garage, matched existing vinyl siding to house, iced and water shield the whole roof. QC installed garage door and garage side entrance door. QC installed gutter for the garage and also a French drain behind the garage, paved a new drive way leading to the garage. I also hired QC to build a deck between the house and the garage. Very thing comes out so beautiful excellent job. There is no issue working with QC. I really appreciate his workmanship and efficiency according to the schedule. I definitely will hire him for my future projects again. As a matter of fact, two of my neighbors have hired him for their projects."
