"Jim was courteous on the phone when he discussed the repair on the phone; he came within a few days of the call and was prompt in his arrival.  He seemed knowlegable about what was needed to repair the drywall and set about his work.  He was willing to go to Home Depor and purchase paint for the interior and the door of the closet and did a good job in painting.  The repair looked great and he explained to my husband and me what he had done and why.
