They did not show up so I texted them by 2.30, they got back to me by 3pm saying they’ll call me back in a second. They did not call me back so I cancelled their services by 5pm. They’re very unprofessional and couldn’t even bother to respond and reschedule, instead they wasted my entire day."

"My consultation with Stellar was scheduled within a day, met with Patrick on 5/1/25. Time was taken to understand the process, everything that is involved and what my options were. Time was taken to listen to what we wanted/didn’t want and thorough explanation given of the entire process. On 5/2/25 Stellar contracting called to review details and confirm our choices. On 5/5/25 Stellar scheduling called and full installation scheduled for 5/9/25, completed 1 day! The crew and project manager, Cisco, were fabulous to deal with on the install day and even after. A link was provided where we could see pictures of the whole project as it happened. Cisco was readily available on install day and even after with questions and concerns. It was obvious that Cisco did care about the roof we were getting and took pride in the quality of the job that was done. The crew paid good attention to the clean up, there was a lot of debris all over the place. Looking forward to future business with them!"

His estimated 3 day repair was done in 2, and the fact that he started on a holiday Monday meant I barely missed any use of my work from home office, which is one of the rooms he worked in. The repairs were done exactly as I’d hoped. I only wish I had done this earlier. I never expected the process to be so easy. Definitely use Nickel City Repair. You don’t have to live with eyesores you know you will never get to yourself."
