Hello, I've noticed how difficult and frustrating it can be to hire someone to do a project, only to have them not follow it through to completion, or to just not show up at all, or to pass the blame of their mistakes to someone else. I started Wirth & Son Property Services because of all the incompetence and poor communication I've seen with service providers. I'll show up, do what I say I'm going to do, and keep communicating with you. Over the last several decades, I've completed a wide variety of home improvement projects, from footing to ridge, and everything in between. Whether you need something as small as a picture hung to something more complex, like a custom, site-built shed, I'll show up, competently complete the project, and communicate along the way. \n\nSome of the things I have experience in include: wasp removal, custom shed & chicken coops, curtain rod hanging, deck/porch repair, gutter cleaning, siding repair, drywall repair, assembly, fench repair, dryer vent cleaning

At Bravestone Construction, we provide reliable, high-quality construction and maintenance services for both residential and commercial clients. Our team is built on integrity, skilled craftsmanship, and a commitment to getting every job done right.\n\nFrom home improvements to commercial projects, we focus on efficiency, clear communication, and lasting results—no matter the size of the job.\n\nConsistency in service. Confidence in every result.\n

"This was our second time using Good Neighbor Fence Company as their products are by far the best products available in this market. Mark and his sons definitely take pride in the work they do and their craftsmanship proves it! It is true that you get what you pay for. While Good Neighbor Fence wont be the lowest estimate you get, I can guarantee you that you will get the best quality product available and the little bit more you will pay will be well worth it. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a new fence!"

"They did a great job. Fence looks great, installers were very informative. Cleaned the area after they finished. We would recommend them. We are very happy with our experience with Fences Unlimited."

"It was the best I had ever had prompt he contractor, they were prompt, professional, I was very very impressed with Tony LaMarca, he came out and provide information and actually brainstorm with me. He listened to everything I say and to my ideas, they ask assistance and they did brain storming also. The owner of the company even came out just to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I just feel very taken care of, they don't take advantage, they were very respectful and did an amazing job for me. They were fantastic and I would highly recommend them."

"Other than weather issues with start and finishing the job, it was a very good job done. My only gripe was that the magnetic nail finder they used missed quite a few so I had to go nail hunting....which isn't very easily done. Also, I was told 3 times that they would be back to power-wash the house and driveway. That never happened, so I did it myself. It was a big job so all in all, I was satisfied. It has since rained twice and no leaks!
