"Buffalo’s Best Roofing review by Mary Corio On Monday, October 20th, 2025 – I was abruptly awoken to the pinging of water drops bouncing off the pots and pans in my living room. They were there for issues I had been having when it rained, and on this particular morning, I hadn’t seen it was raining – but I heard! I thought someone was breaking in, but it was the **** roof again!! Raining in my living room – not good! I was crying as much as it was dripping! I was getting more and more frustrated, had many people coming to help and give me prices, but as the old saying goes: “Action speaks louder than words”, and they just never really followed through or showed up. I was desperate. It just so happened, by some random stroke of luck, I had scheduled an appointment that very morning with Joe White, salesman for Buffalo’s Best. I was simply curious about them. Joe came in to see exactly what and where my issue was and knew it needed to be fixed sooner than later. Everyone told me to get more estimates on the job, but I felt Joe’s price was fair for what I needed and the reviews I read were encouraging. Joe gave me hope and I trusted him, and so I said “Let’s please just Git-R-Done” …. On Monday, October 27th, an amazing ‘team’ showed up, under the supervision of Domenic D’Angelo, and worked diligently from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. I needed a complete roof tear off and reinstallation. I was certain there was no way it could be done so quickly, but it was almost like magic! By dinner time, I had a beautiful new roof, everything was cleaned up and put back nicely, and to anyone who wasn’t around on my street that day – they would never have known so much activity had taken place here. I was and still am in awe! The peace of mind alone is priceless. I cannot put a price tag on the feeling of security, after decades upon decades, that my roof is intact and leaks are a thing of the past, at least for the duration of my lifetime. I have a warranty transferable when I sell my house, and the assurance that if there are any problems whatsoever, Buffalo’s Best Roofing will come to my aid and assistance immediately. It’s not like doing business with a business, it’s like making a new friend who I can trust and build a lasting relationship with. It all started with a new roof! I’m so appreciative to Buffalo’s Best Roofing that I’m definitely going to get prices for new windows and doors come spring. Why not? Any company that treats their customers with such dignity and respect – from the office staff to the field laborers – has my repeated business. I will encourage all of my friends who need work done to call ‘my friends’ at Buffalo’s Best! They have earned their title and I am forever thankful that I found them!!! "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I signed up with Angie's List just to leave this review for Mike and his crew. If anyone is reading this its because you, like myself, want to make sure you find that right company to handle your project. Im a handy man myself and due to recent issues I could not complete my project myself. I needed to find a company that perform the way I would if I myself were to do the job. Lots of contractors out there hire the cheapest labor money can buy and in return the homeowner suffers. Had about 9 people come out to give estimates and if someone had no idea about roofing estimates, these guys were out for blood. All sales pitches and over pricing and couldn't start the job for weeks if not months later. Mike sat with me and went over all the details, was extremely fair with pricing, not over priced but spot-on to market value. Cleared his schedule and took my job the following week. He uses ones of the best material systems out there for roofing. His crew has been with him for many years if not decades, professional, well-mannered, friendly and last but least, clean. I did not have to pick up anything. They cleaned, swept and hauled away everything. Put everything back exactly how I had it, if they were not sure, they asked me. The wife did not have to worry about any of her plants or ornaments being damaged. They had the job done in 2 days and the dogs out playing in the yard middle of day 2. House looks amazing, proof is in the details. Everything done to spec and then some. Thank you. Hope this eases your concerns as you look through different contractors out there. Tom and crew were very diligent, neat and comprehensive about their work. They worked in inclement weather and ensure completion of work without any delays. "It went well. They were very professional, did not hear any "four letter" words, shouting or even loud talking. The crew worked diligently, completing the job in 1 day (it's a small house). I feel so much better having the tear off done and a new ice shield installed for the upcoming winter as I know my roof was nearing the end of its life. They had to return to alter some downspout extensions, and at that time one of the crew members said "You have 10 yrs warranty on the roof, and 50 on the shingles. We stand by our work, and will work to get it right." They are caring, true craftsmen. Wandering the grounds a week after the job was done, I found just 1 nail and that showed up on my front sidewalk after a really heavy rain. I feel secure that I chose the proper contractor for my home."
