Any attempt to reschedule with Billy was met with an excuse as to why he is unable to make the agreed appointment time. Now Billy is refusing to responde to several attempts to contact him. The next day, tongue and groove, and new lighting was installed below the joists. The place looks like a million bucks. James was efficient, pleasant, and knew what he was doing.
