When Albert did the measurements, he explained what could happen given our situation with the backsplash tile and the installer (Roberto) said the same thing before his crew started the installation. NGL it took a very long time between me committing to the work and getting the work done, but they did set a reasonable expectation in advance and the office kept me reliably informed as I waited. When it came to the work, Mohammed and Adonis owned the results from the beginning. They reliably arrived as scheduled and communicated well during the process - providing me updates daily.
