"Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. Advanced Environment Solutions provided us an unbinding estimate of $9,600. a better warranty and immediately dispatched a technician to take measurements and install a portable AC unit until the new one could be installed. Our unit was installed Friday. What a bunch of professionals! The team arrived at 6:30 am and were done by 11:00 am. "Being a MVP customer was time for Heating/Cooling safety inspections. Kevin Stanley was the HVAC Service Tech assigned to the job. He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day. He definitely went out of his way doing a great job. He explained everything to me that he was doing and also answering all the questions I had. The price was reasonable. "The ARS crew did an excellent job replacing my old A/C unit. They were quick, efficient and courteous. However, when backing their truck from my driveway they damaged my landscaping wall. I immediately contacted their customer service and sent them photos showing the wall before and after the damage. It took me several weeks and numerous phone calls until I finally talked them into sending someone to repair the wall. It should not have been so. So, I would definitely recommend ARS Rooter with a caveat: do not sign the release form about possible damage until they are off your property."

"Our AC broke at night. I called and tried to get 3 other companies out. No one could give me even a window of time and they were very expensive for just a diagnostic. In steps RRR….I texted with Evans late the night it broke and asked him to call my father in law the next am to work out the details to fix it. He did and had a repair guy at our house by 8 am the next morning. The diagnostic charge was half of what others were charging and our total payment was less than the service call charge for any of the other 3 companies. I highly recommend RRR and we will be using them again!"
