I wasn't even going to contact Norman because two years had elapsed but I did & was so glad because he didn't give me any issues at all & took care of repairs within several weeks. The entire staff at OZ was a pleasure to deal with. The workers that performed the demo and the remodel always arrived on time. They were very careful to secure the area with plastic tarps, and canvas floor runners, so as not to soil, or damage, our home. We are very pleased with our new bathroom."
