Come to find out my sewer main was broken so I had to have the city come to make sure that it wasn’t an issue on their side which unfortunately it wasn’t. Had to hire another company to do an emergency dig which will start today in about two hours. Will use Richard again for other projects in my home once my sewer main is fixed."

The hose that they went out and purchased was the wrong size, so they had to go out a second time. They also said the faucet was leaking as well and had to be replaced. Cost was $349 ($150 parts; $150 labor)."
