We hired Jim to install a new tile floor in our bathroom and to install a larger window in our basement, requiring him to saw through our foundation(!)  We found him to be very friendly, personable, receptive to our ideas (and he even improved on some with suggestions of his own!)   Both jobs were completed within the time frame and budget he provided.  Best of all, he is THEE cleanest and tidiest contractor we've ever had in our home! "It went well, they did the work to our satisfaction..  I do think they would benefit by having their own generator for electricity.   They use an air compressor to clear out the water lines but do not have their own electrical source.  That must be provided by the customer.  We did but had to buy a power generator to make the work happen. <br />"
