"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"He is very professional and has great communication skills.  He responded to text and email, provided updates and was very punctual.   <br /> The work was well done and looks nice.   <br /> My only complaint is that he quoted me for the entire job and I paid that amount.    I happened to have a painter working in the house at the same time, on other projects.  The two of them apparently agreed that the painter would do the sanding, frame priming and painting and touch up.  This wound up costing me an additional  $250 from the painter.   <br /> I would hire him again, but I would be more specific about the completion of the work."
