"Everything went well with the floor installation. Crew was very efficient, friendly."

"Leo came out within one business day of our initial contact to give me a quote and just a few days later was back with his team to start work. My deck is a second story deck with a plywood platform that they tore down, painted & replaced in 1 day in addition to replacing the steps on my stairs. When they came back, the team put 2 coats of a rubber coating on the surface of the deck, built & installed wooden shutters. The next day they started knocking out my new Trex railing system around the deck & stairs. Throughout the project & at the end of each day, Unique kept the workplace clean (the deck is over my driveway), I was able to park in it each time after they left which I really appreciated. Leo stuck to his quote, called to let me know when they were on their way, Leo & his team members were very polite & worked hard to knock out my project in 2 1/2 days whereas another contractor who was working alone quote $1500 more and a time estimate of 4 weeks. Not only would I hire them again but I have already gotten a quote to do matching railing on my concrete porch steps, which they will do as soon as the materials arrive, and in a few months Iâ ll have them back to retile around my fireplace. Very satisfied with the work, the speed & the team."

"The customer service and installation was very professional and they did a outstanding job. They showed up on time and kept you updated on the installation. My new luxury vinyl tile flooring looks great."

"I highly recommend Olympus flooring. They were very prompt and professional from beginning to end for my carpet installation. In the beginning, i explained to them my objectives and concerns with certain areas of my house. They listened to what I had to say and provided effective resolutions. The installation went smooth and they did a good and clean job. For my future carpet needs I'll be going to them."

"Pretty good, but I have noticed a lot of soft spots in the flooring and felt that those spots should have been fixed before the flooring was installed. I don’t know what is going to happen over the next few months or years, are these spots going to break thru?"

"This company is very proactive in their response time to get the job done. They are quick but at the same time produce great work. They assessed the job, provided a very reasonable quote, and finished the job."

"Pete, the owner of Squire Creek Construction, did a good job of helping us get the building permit from Snohomish County. We had some obstacles to deal with, such as a sloping lot, and a wet-land setback. Pete did a good job building our garage and added small  touches that I would not have thought of that will be helpful in the future. For example, where our covered breezeway attached to the house covered up the dryer exhaust vent. Pete put an access door in our covered breeze-way so we will be able to do repairs to the dryer vent, if needed."

"I owned a retail flooring ( The Floor Store in Ferndale) outlet center in Whatcom county For many years. Kens Floor Covering did all kinds of work for us over the years and his attention to detail was outstanding!! He was punctual, honest, and I always had fair prices for his installations! I would highly recommend him for your home improvement project!"
