"Excellent experience with Jacob and Blaine from Seatown. They piped a gas line over to the tankless water heater and installed the heater. They removed the old heater and cleaned up the area. The quality of the work was very high. Both Jacob and Blaine were very personable and polite. We have already booked Seatown to upgrade our electrical panel and replace our old knob and tube wiring and sockets. Highly recommend Seatown."

"Gray service. Replaced our water heater. Looks great, very professional."

"They replaced sink and reconnected all my water connections."

"Milo was very friendly and accommodating. I hired him to do annual maintenance on my tankless water system as well as flush it out. He discovered that the pump run constantly and that shouldn’t be happening. The result is my house is always 80° if I keep it plugged in so I always keep it unplugged. He diagnosed that the pump needs to be replaced but wasn’t absolutely positive if that would solve my heating problem. He’s supposed to be getting me a bid on replacing the pump, but I haven’t heard back from him. I would probably hire him again."

"My water heater had a leak so I needed prompt attention. They got the job done very quickly."

"The Seatown team did a great job. I got quotes from 3 different recommended plumbing services, but the Seatown guys were the only ones who recognized we would need to upgrade our gas meter. They did a great job explaining how to get this scheduled with PSE. The estimate Seatown gave was on par with some of the other plumbers, so we went with them. They sent 2 service people to come and install the tankless and the guys were just excellent. I expressed concern about mounting the water heater on the beams in our basement because Our house is so old, so they came up with a better solution. They built a small wall frame to mount the water heater. No extra cost. When they found there was no outlet wired near the heater they were able to get an electrician from Seatown to come out and wire one up while they worked on the water heater install. Seatown aldo had a good scheduling method, sent text reminders the day they were coming to do the work with a photo of the person who was coming and a short set of info about the person. It was a nice touch, and a thoughtful safety measure. They did a great job with the install which took several hours. I’d definitely hire them again."

"Washington Energy Services did a great job installing our air conditioner, air filtration system, generator and new hot water heater. Charles Hassa did an excellent job explaining our options, providing guidance and answering our questions about the project. The installation technicians did an outstanding job with the installations. They were wonderful about communicating when they would be arriving on site, describing their work, responding to our requests, and cleaning up the job site. Charles and the installation teams, and everyone that we worked with at Washington Energy Services were all very knowledgeable, professional and experienced."

"They responded quickly. Big props for being able and willing to provide an accurate estimate and all the details based on pictures and over the phone. Other service providers I was considering would not give me the exact model of the heater they would install (?!?), or try to charge for a visit to give any estimate, or would change their estimate four times (!?!). Once I ok-ed the project, they were able to squeeze me in on the same day with no extra cost, did their job very quickly and without any issues, fixed another small related issue (the expansion tank was originally installed on the wrong side), and cleaned up well."

"Neal and his team did a great job on our small project, and even helped me with the water heater without additional charge. We'll be sure to use them again for future projects!"
