We weren't really sure where to start but started exploring "flat roof repair" and found Complete Roofing Solutions. The owner, Chris responded the next day to my website inquiry with a date for an estimate which was completed by Luis a couple of days later. We were impressed at how thoughtfully he explored the problem and offered a couple of options to address it. We received the written estimate from Chris quickly and decided to move forward with the more thorough option to cover the flat roof with TPO and install new flashing so that we wouldn't have to deal with more issues down the road. We felt the price was very fair. Luis and his crew arrived promptly and he had clearly thought through the installation (it was a bit tricky in some areas). We were really impressed with the professionalism and thoughtful problem-solving. They really went above and beyond to seal any water penetration and make sure every trouble spot was addressed. After the work was finished, the area was left completely clean. And we can attest to the quality of the work as the very next morning we had a major downpour.
