"James the plumber came to my house to unclogged my kitchen drain, very professional work, I truly recommend them."

"The plumber that came was professional and friendly. Explained everything completely, was happy to reexplain it to the landlord that had to approve payment, and did the work quickly and well. I was very impressed overall with the service we received. Overall we had a shut-off valve, a pressure release valve and a home pressure regulator all replaced."

"They were quick to respond to our call. Came quickly as possible for our plumbing emergency in the mid-afternoon for a clogged kitchen sink. Very friendly and professional as well as courteous and efficient with their job. I would use them again.

"Fair other than damage done to property.

"It's always nerve-wrecking to hire a contractor you've never met, but I'm so glad I went with Capitol City Plumbing, and can see why they have gotten so many positive reviews. AJ was easy to communicate with via text and was able to schedule the work within a few days. Many plumbers complain about working in the small space below my kitchen sink, but AJ just jumped right in and got the job done. His pricing was fair and he got the job done quickly. I appreciated both his professional skill and positive attitude, and will definitely be calling him again."

".After all was said and done he offered services to the neighbors who may have had similar issues.  The next day I even called him and he spent over one hour on the phone explaining the system and possible ways to prevent this from happening in the future. Matt Yaney was a class act and I would definitely use his services again.  Anyone living in the Gatehouse Condo's in Lima should use Elite Drain Cleaning and Water  Damage Professionals at 419-890-2902 or www.myelite.biz.  Thank you Matt Yaney

"Plumber was great and fixed the problem right away. No more leak!"

"We were restoring a rental property after a tenant move-out and contacted Unbelievable American Restoration Services for air duct cleaning and tobacco odor removal.  This was our first time using this company and we were very impressed.  Their service was very professional, timely, and a great value for the services rendered.  They arrived on time, advised us on what services they were going to perform, and explained the process.  They were very efficient, very knowledgeable, and did an awesome job!  The customer service was great and they do aim to please!  We do value a professional service and have definite plans to use Unbelievable American Restoration Services in the future, and highly recommend them to others seeking home restoration services.

The plumber showed up promptly, and quickly determined the services needed for my kitchen sink. Ira was able to perform the work at that time, but I had another appointment and had to leave. I called the office later in the day, and they were able to schedule me for another day within that same week. It was a pretty stubborn clog. I tried clearing it for weeks before I realized I needed to call in a professional.  Ira was able to snake and flush the drain successfully, and recommended a product to use intermittently, to possibly help prevent future drain buildups. I liked Ira - he was very pleasant and very personable. He constantly stayed in contact, calling the morning of my appointments, and calling to let me know  when he was just minutes away. He was professional and cleaned up the entire area after the work was completed.  I have already decided to contact Pipes & Pumps again next month, to take care of some additional plumbing issues around my house. I'm glad I found this provider on Angie's List, and I'm glad they offered a pretty nice discount too.
