"Excellent. Two separate teams came; one for AC and Furnace; second for Tankless hot water heater; Minor toilet repair also done at no extra charge, including a follow up service call to install new toilet flush handle, also at no charge."

"Rene, the owner of R-Plumber arrived on time for a Saturday project evaluation and did a thorough professional review. He offered reasonable suggestions about the scope of work, and noted that two of the apparent problems were actually not in need of repair. He was immediately likeable, and although his cost estimate was in the middle I hired him. His assistant Luis worked well through the day, doing a great job on the water heater and disposal install, and although the 45 year-old bathtub faucet replacements took a lot more work than expected there was no complaint or request for additional money. I will use him for future plumbing needs."

"Called the main number and the lady I spoke with was very pleasant and easy to work with. Was looking to have a 50 gallon hot water heater installed, 2 drains snaked and a new faucet installed. She booked my appt for the next day. Zam came to the house to provide us the quote and even offered to do half the job then and come back in a few days to do the hot water heater. He was incredibly professional and did a great job on all the work. I highly recommend them and will call them again."

"Very helpful explaining other less costly options. Took the time to ask me to send him a picture of the appliance."

"Oscar came about 0830 this morning. He knew exactly what was wrong with the drywall and knew there was no leaks. Saved some money there. He knew exactly why the pipes were shaking and knew exactly how to fix it. Oscar took about 70 minutes to repair the issue and we tested all the showers and faucets and toilets. Correct water pressure. Was really happy with the job. Dwyer, you are very fortunate to have a tech like Oscar. thanks, Dave Miller"

"Very happy with the team that installed my water system. Not only is taking a shower 10x better. But the drinking water is fantastic. Thanks Vinnie and Purefect Water Solutions. I would recommend them anytime!"

"Thank you so much for excellent service. Osman was prompt, professional, and clearly explained what needed to be done. I called Saturday morning, by early afternoon the problem was fixed. I trust all my plumbing needs to ARS and Rescue Rooter. This isn't the first time I used ARS, ARS replaced by water heater."

"Excellent company! My water heater stopped working on New Years Eve. Unfortunately, the water heater is behind my HVAC, so they had to remove the HVAC, remove the old water heater, install the new heater, and replace the HVAC. They did a perfect job. They also replaced the freon in my HVAC, because the prior repairmen didn’t add freon. In addition, they fixed the jets in my spa. The team arrived on time, displayed professionalism, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely hire them again."

"Everything went extremely well. Thomas Johnson, who did the service, was very professional. He explained everything to me in detail. He was upfront about the pricing. He actually did the work much faster than I expected. I feel he saved me a lot of money. I was afraid that I would have to buy a new water heater (which I may have to do down the road), but for now, I can save my money and continue using my old water heater for a while longer. The bathroom work also went well. No complaints. I would definitely use this company again for any of my plumbing needs. Very reliable work."

"Kurt and his team at American Home Services did an absolutely amazing job.  They are very committed and honest.  Unlike other companies I got quotes from, they do not use scare tactics.  I had two separate mold jobs done, which I will describe below:
1- Visible mold in basement:  They start by totaling sealing the room in plastic and running air scrubbers constantly so there was no cross contamination.  His team helped me go through each item, hand by hand, determine if they could be cleaned or needed to be tossed.  This took a full day, and they literally looked at each photo, book, piece of furniture, etc. with me.  I was able to salvage more items than I thought would be possible.  They then went to work removing the damaged dry wall and floor molding (which poetically had mold on the back of it).  After disposing of the damaged items, they sprayed down all the walls, floors, ceilings, etc. with non toxic cleaners.  By throwing away all the contaminated items, and cleaning everything that remains, the rooms are now mold free.  They don't do the build-back, so you will need to get a handy man to install new dry wall, etc.  Now that the mold is gone, his solution for the problem to not arise again was practical and cheap:  run a dehumidifier to keep the place clean.
2- Non-visible mold in kitchen:  Coincidentally, the weekend before Kurt was to come out for the above long-standing issue, I had a major water leak in the kitchen.  The possibility of mold never crossed my mind.  However, Kurt told me how water gets under the cabinets, will not dry thoroughly, and then grow mold from the inside.  I ended up calling my home insurance company, who resisted ripping out the cabinets.  Kurt fought them on my behalf and got them to agree.  I first had the cabinets removed by a different firm hired by the insurance company.  American Home Services then performed mold remediation similar to my basement - namely rip up the damaged items (floor boards in this case), use the mold cleaning solutions and then dry everything with huge dehumidifiers since the sub flooring was still wet from the leak.  I'm so glad Kurt kept pushing for this.  I had our inside air tested by an independent firm and it counted 9,000 spores 3 days after the water leak and 200 about a week later, after remediation.  If not for Kurt, mold would have been growing under all my kitchen cabinets.
In summary, Kurt and his team are extremely honest, very thorough and everything they do is of great quality.  Their cost was reasonable compared to the other quotes I got.
If you have mold issues, my first suggestion is to do something about it quickly.  It won't get better on its own.  Give Kurt and American Home Services a call."
