"Clogged disposal turned out to be broken clean-out line and 2 breaks in sewer line found by snake camera. Nick was on time with crew, explained each step as we went, and made sure to answer any questions I had about the work. Nick jumped right in and began the digging even as his crew was arriving. By checking the sewer line, 2 additional breaks were discovered caused by nearby cypress roots. Fortunately, a relining process saved us from having more of the yard dug up, and carries a 50 yr warranty. This was a 2-day project and you cannot tell anything happened there; our front garden was preserved during all the work. Costs were in keeping with this type of in-depth work in the area. "Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. Both he and Alan were great and professional and did great work and clean up. .Would absolutely hire again and recommend . So glad I found them. However, effort is appreciated and commended because the stench coming from the drain was unbearable. Recommended replacement of santi within wall, and provided estimate. Same procedure was followed to clear clog in sink drain of second bathroom. Although I was disappointed that it was against the service provider's policy to snake the drains from the vent pipes via the roof, one of the drains was cleared, and a good effort was made to clear the other."

"I called HomeX. Oscar arrived on Monday morning (on time). I asked if he would come in and take a look at the two drains affected by the stoppage. He did. I then asked if he had a wire long enough to reach through the branch to the main. He did. They has a special running for $68.00. He ran the wire through the line. The drain was cleared. Read on... Prior to calling HomeX I had called another firm. They came and attempted to clean the branch drain but failed to do so. They recommended hydrojetting and quoted a price of $1800.00. They "came down" to $1200.00 but based an past experience I was uncomfortable with the quote and the result of the initial work. By the way... I held a Journeymans plumbing license in the state of Massachusetts for quite a while and worked in the trades for 8 years. HomeX is a company that can be trusted and I would recommend them to anyone in need of this kind of service work."
