My family and I went out of the country while the kitchen renovations were done and Lawrence took care of everything for us. He was super easy to get in contact with when we needed him or had any questions. He honestly went above and beyond for us and I loved how transparent he was about the job along the way. I've worked with other contractors in the past that weren't so honest and it was such a nice experience this time around. Emily was our project coordinator and designer and kept us updated daily on what was happening. We were always in communication with her and she overlooked our shopping list of all appliances so nothing was missed on our installation dates. "Efrain and David are fantastic! When our contractor was suddenly unable to continue with the job, David took over with a great positive attitude. He persistently worked with the city to get the building permit, finally ending a tedious 10 month process. Crews were here working every day. Each one of them was considerate, conscientious, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Efrain and David communicated with us most days and were always accessible to us. My ADU is adorable and just what we wanted and I am sure that many contractors could have pulled it off. The important thing about Olalde is that they truly care and honestly want us to be happy."

"Overall my experience with this company was great! The work that was done was really really good! Our contractor who assisted us was Jose. We added a living space and master bedroom to our home. The additions done look as if they were part of my house this whole time. Honestly it looks way better than I expected. The only reason I rated the company a 4.5 was because there was always some kind of miscommunication between our contractor and his workers. Don t get me wrong, things were always resolved, Jose was great at that. But my recommendation to is to make sure communication is #1. That way the customer is not confused or left wondering what will happen next. There was an issue with his floor guy though, he was rude and unprofessional. BUT the reason I am mentioning this is not to put down the company but let you know that we expressed concern for this issue and it was resolved professionally by Jose and it never became an issue again. The quality of work was top notch! His workers were all pretty cool guys and we always felt comfortable of who was coming into our home to do the work. I highly recommend this company for your next big project😊👍🏼"

"Persi Homes was one of the four OC construction firms I contacted to receive a kitchen remodel quote. Quotes ranged anywhere from $42K to $120K to accomplish the same thing. The scope of my project was to turn my kitchen into an open concept kitchen with a big island that would house an induction range with a vent above it. This required the removal of two walls, raising the kitchen ceiling by removing a soffit and trenching the concrete to gain electricity for the island with the range. I had drawn up my own kitchen design to better communicate my vision. After discussing my design needs and wants with all the various construction companies I decided to move forward with Persi as they seemed to listen best to what my vision was for this kitchen remodel. I chose Persi mostly because I could connect with Amin who was my main contact throughout this construction. Amin was very patient; he listened to what I wanted but still managed to make suggestions for the better when it made sense."
