"We were very pleased!    Tom diagnosed the broken sprinkler head and dug it up and fixed it with no problem.  He went through the rest of our lawn and made small corrections to the other sprinkler heads.    He even looked at our outdoor lighting and gave us suggestions on how to fix it! A week after he left we noticed that one of the sprinkler heads (not the one he had dug up) wasn't working properly - he came back out and fixed it for no charge! We got a $20 discount by mentioning the ad we saw on their webpage. The only negative of the experience was that he did not show up the first day he was scheduled.    We had asked for a late appointment and he had gotten stuck at an older woman's house who had no water, so he felt like that job needed to be completed first.    He rescheduled for the next day and was very apologetic when he arrived."

"Tom was professional on the phone and not only did he come out when promised, he called me that day and said he could come early and was out to the house right on time at the revised, earlier time.  He was knowledgeable and not only provided estimates of what we requested, but provided alternatives to the work we requested (rehab of lawn vs. total replacement of lawn, for example.)  He did not make any promises he could not keep, he told us right up front that he did not deal in hardscape, but offered a referral to someone who did.  Once we retained his services to provide a plant for the front planter and do repairs to our drip irrigation system and yard faucet, he came out to do the work on time and kept in phone communication with us, informing us what was done and what he was unable to do at that time.  The repairs to the drip irrigation system required some hunting for just the correct part and he kept us informed of his progress and informed us once the work was done.  He not only educated us on how to care for the plant that we purchased from him (Lavender plant) but also provided advice on how to care for several other plants we had just recently had planted by another, totally unreliable landscaper (who never followed through on their promise to provide care instructions).  We are most eager to retain this business for further work in the future as our budget allows and do not hesitate to recommend this business to others."

"Our new home is at the end of a cup-de-sac so therefore we have a very large pie-shaped yard with lots of sprinklers.  We had some areas of the lawn that were absolutely muddy and other areas where the grass was dead.  Richard came in and did a complete overhaul fixing broken lines, adding sprinkler heads and replacing all the sprinkler heads to achieve the proper application of water to the appropriate areas.  He added drip lines in planters, lines to potted plants, diverted water away from the house and also some fences that were being damaged by water.  He also raised three drains in the lawn that had sunk so low they were ineffective.  He went through every planter, including the one behind the pool and fixed everything. The drainage lines were also flushed out and are working beautifully.  He was very knowledgeable and efficient about what was needed to make the system work again.  We were, quite honestly, worried about having to start from scratch and replace everything but Richard told us that our system was fundamentally sound but had been neglected, had the wrong sprinkler heads everywhere and also needed a few more added to be optimal.  He explained every area of repair and why he was doing that particular repair.  They were on time, efficient and cleaned everything up after they were done.  I am so happy with their work and very relieved to not have to purchase a new system.  Definitely will call for all my sprinkler needs.
