It didn't pull the hot air out of the bathroom because when the exhaust fan was running there's a little hole that it connects to a A little pipe out there to, um, Let the payout. A little hose. I emailed them twice, called them twice. I just finished 2 times with their online chat and was transfered to a voice line and both times their system hung up on me. I had already gone to Home Depot and they put an order in and so far I haven't been contacted."
