I found him on Thumbtack to do a renovation after we bought our first home, and I took a chance on him to do a BIG ren. He sanded and refinished 1000+ sq ft of hardwood floors, painted much of my house, and completely redid our kitchen by sanding, stripping, repainting, and adding new hardware + doing the backsplash and installing plumbing.
