I worked in the construction trades since I started high school. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and experience as an Assistant Project Manager. I have knowledge of local Building Codes and Imdustry Standards. I get all my jobs done right and by the book.

I've been doing home maintenence and repair for four years just looking for some odd jobs on the side

I am a long time handyman and old farmer. I am good with electrical, plumbing, automotive, drywall, carpentry, etc. I am mostly available on weekends and like small jobs.

"Alberto and Elizabeth were great to work with. They provided computer generated designs, and our completed bathroom looks exactly like the rendering. The Kitchen & Bath Solutions (KBS) crew worked hard - sometimes late into the day and on Saturdays to complete the project. Everything was removed from the bathroom - down to the studs. We had a small shower insert that we replaced with tile. Because the walls were built around the insert, we actually gained another foot in the shower - it's very spacious now. We have new cabinets with soft-close drawers and doors and a beautiful new vanity, which was fabricated KBS. We love our new bathroom and would work with KBS again."

"Great communication, quality work, only lowering to 4 stars for quality bc they didnâ t know how to do a couple things that I would expect like how to install cabinets."

"Your Best Maintenance Solutions did an excellent job installing new kitchen cabinets, sink with garbage disposal and new flooring throughout the home. Very reasonable price for the excellent services he provided."

"Sears Home Improvement Products have washers and fittings to repair washing machines and such. The staff seem real knowledgeable and they were friendly with my son when my son was asking the sort of questions he asks everyone! The pricing is reasonable."

"We love our cabinets! They look fantastic while remaining affordable. The friendly staff at AWD helped us from start to finish. They are very knowledgeable and gave us advice and tips when needed. They were receptive and patient with our ever-changing needs. Once we finalized our purchase, we received our cabinets within two weeks! The cabinets are very sturdy and the color is beautiful. The hinges and hardware are high quality. We are extremely pleased with AWD and would recommend them to any friends or family looking for good cabinets at a fair price."

"They said that we did not need that much work and was able to repair it for less then the big deal."
