"Having used Paint Anchorage to paint my house exterior where they did an excellent job, I decided to use them to stain my fence, and front and back decks. Did an excellent job in washing and prepping these areas for staining. In executing the actual staining, Paint Anchorage fell a little short. The first guy they sent over to do the work failed to show up at all, the second guy (Keith) that showed up didn't have the necessary stain amount to actually do the job plus he was reluctant to stain one portion of the fence because he couldn't use his sprayer to do the job. The second guy showed up really late the next evening, stained the area he was reluctant to stain the night before - he was mad that he had to be there at all and had to use a roller to do it. <br /> But he still did not finish the job - he forgot to stain the entire back portion of the fence. He indicated to me that he was done with the job and told the owner of Paint Anchorage that he finished the work. Upon examining the work the next day, you could see the areas that he missed. The owner of Paint Anchorage to his credit showed up very quickly after my phone call and immediately acknowledged the missed areas. The second guy came back later that evening and finished the job after explaining to me that I had no idea what I was looking at because he didn't miss staining any area etc., causing him grief with the owner dues to my " lies / review" about his job performance. <br /> Overall the quick responsiveness of the owner and his desire to make it right was a big plus in my eyes, but his decision to keep sending the same individual back was not the right call. I have no problem using Paint Anchorage again except for the second guy is no longer welcome."
