We do jobs for the most part based on our needs and budget. We get a written contract with pricing before any work starts. We do all or part of the work; again depending on the need or budget.Roof and gutters completely replaced one year after hailstorm. It has been a long term relationship which has very much worked to our favor. " Call backs are rare but good response when needed. Management is highly involved. Employees are of good quality."

"It’s now been 9 months since they completed the job and I have yet to find defects. If you want a professional, knowledgeable - "no pressure-take the time you need to decide" sales process….quality work done, excellent communication, and prompt follow up ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction -- then hire Tom Pantzer/JD Hostetter. My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. His site foreman Tony genuinely cared about getting the job done right, and had a great working relationship with his crew. They worked hard and didn't waste time. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Nobody likes spending thousands of dollars on siding, but we feel relieved we won’t be spending thousands more to fix shoddy work down the road. We found/called Tom only because of his great reviews on Angie's List, and are glad we did."

"B&H Professional Services recently replaced all the exterior trim boards on our house, and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. The original estimate included replacing rotted wood framing around the chimney. However, after removing the siding, the crew discovered that some of the underlying wood was still in good condition and did not need to be replaced. Instead of proceeding with unnecessary work, the sales director, Tony Hollcraft, personally contacted me to explain the situation and significantly reduced the final cost of the project. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent, the crew was professional and cooperative, and the job was completed on time with exceptional quality. "Work required re-framing of the bump out roof that had a peak slanted slightly down instead of slightly up. That caused water to easily enter when the wind was blowing. The shingles and underlayment were removed, replaced with ice and water rubberized underlayment, and re-shingled. Very happy with the work done. Cleanup was also complete to my satisfaction. The Centennial employees were very professional and, more importantly, took the time to explain what the cause of the leak was and how it was repaired so that it did not happen again. I highly recommend Centennial to anyone who needs repairs or remodeling work done on their home."

"I highly recommend Steve and his crew at Crest Mark. Steve is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He also explains things in a straightforward and easy to understand manner. He also communicates well, letting you know of arrival times, anticipated costs, updates and project completion. Of the estimates I received, his was in the middle, but I did not have to worry about it being too low, and lots of "extras" being added in to the final price, or so high that I would have attempted to do it myself and caused further damage or injured myself. I requested a quote to rehang/repair siding on the second floor of the house after high winds knocked it down. Steve came out, inspected the siding (to see if it needed replaced or could be re-used; and fortunately it could) and checked other areas around the house that are typically damaged by high winds. He also explained how the process would work if more extensive and/or expensive repairs were needed and we wanted to file with our homeowners insurance. After accepting his estimate, we planned for later in the week, or possibly the next (depending on his other jobs, but also heavily depending on weather) to complete the work. We were very fortunate and caught a break with mild temperatures and no precipitation, with him calling me the next day to let me know that if someone would be there to bring the siding outside, we could get it done that day. Steve and his crew came out immediately and completed the job, using the existing siding, and fastening it more securely than it had been previously fastened. When the time arrives that we need more repairs or choose to replace/upgrade, I will definitely give Crest Mark a call."

"Aztez representative and workers were prompt and courteous. Overall the job turned out OK and looks nice. The James Hardie stucco sheets and trim were installed in a manner that is much better and should be more weather resistant than original stucco sheets. All trim pieces, including angle cuts, were cut by hand with a circular saw but look very good. Notes from the job that lead to my overall rating. 1) Aztec representative and workers communicated very well with me to discuss and decide on options for specific details to ensure the overall look and appearance was maintained. 2) Instead of removing the old siding, I was talked into installing the new sheets over the existing sheets. Because of this, I asked repeatedly to be informed of any damage or deterioration due to water intrusion (old siding had rotted in several locations) and to remove/repair any damage prior to installing the new sheets and trim. To my knowledge, this did not happen because I caught working covering up one location that needed repair. I was disappointed this was not brought to my attention. Were there other areas of damage that were covered up and not repaired? I'll never know. 3) Job was quoted with 2 coats of paint. Paint was sprayed and completed in 1 day. I asked how it was possible to apply 2 coats of paint in one day without letting the 1st coat dry. I was told, 2 passes with the sprayer was the equivalent of 2 coats of paint. I was not aware of this practice and not sure this really constitutes the equivalent of 2 coats of paint. While I noted that I would hire again, this would only be with closer oversight. The latter 2 issues left me with the opinion that the priority of the workers was to get the job done as quickly as possible with less emphasis on quality of work. While I have given a passing grade, there is opportunity for improvement."
