"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"Wes came out and reviewed. Suggested removing shingles and flashing in the valley to determine where leak was coming from. This included an estimate for replacing shingles, plywood and extending the ice and snow shield further up the roof. It was determined that the leak was due to the flashing not being extended when my roof was replaced six years ago. Also had no problem adjusting the invoice due to not having to replace the plywood sheathing."

It took Zach a few days to return our call due to the busy season, but it was worth the wait. He reviewed our floors and assisted in minor repairs (moving boards and filling small cracks. He's very honest and not trying to sell you new floors if you don't need them. If we were replacing our hardwood floors, we would hire Zach in a heartbeat. When we need service again, we will be calling Zach. He's eager to assist in anyway possible (goes above & beyond) and tried to adhere to our cost-conscious mindset. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !
