"Roomsmith displayed a complete lack of professionalism throughout the entire project, from poor communication and constant delays to shoddy workmanship and a blatant disregard for trash left on our property. They failed to return calls/texts promptly and sometimes we didn’t hear back from them for weeks. We experienced frequent delays, ignored concerns, and not taking responsibility for issues like ordering the wrong window (and their professed ability to obtain this exact window is one of the reasons we chose them). They also completely overlooked part of our project (a small closet turned into a pantry) by not ordering any shelves even after the cabinet company told them multiple times that they never measured for them. They overlooked details like the floor transition not being flush and part of our old door frame wall is still there and shouldn’t be.
