"I will call this “The Good, The Bad and the Ugly review” as I am breaking this review into the 3 teams that we had – 2 very good and done quickly and 1 inferior with the most time spent at our house – thus the overall 3 star grade. The Good • Roofing Team – Grade: A. Efficient, good job, found virtually no nails or roofing materials on the ground • Gutters – Grade: A. One man crew but he knew what he was doing and provided good suggestions for modifying our water flow. The Bad • Siding & Window Team – Grade: C to D. Not sure how they were trained but they didn’t seem to understand some common construction basics. A few of the many examples – o They nailed the siding on wrong and had to start over. o They almost ripped the 120V electrical outlet off the house without turning off the breaker but it was the weekend and we happened to be in the garden and saw them. o Installed the dryer vent wrong twice – once painting it shut and the next time putting on a vent with a label on it saying “not for use with clothes dryers” due to the pre-installed screen. The Ugly • Siding & Window Team – Used caulk as touch up paint on LP Smartside (or just used the siding to clean off their dirty fingers?) – leaving random “chicken pox marks” all over new siding. Garage, driveway and all 4 sides of our house were filled with equipment and garbage for the length of the project. Not the crew to have if you have children or pets – they left old saw blades and other sharp objects around the garage entrance and the house. I didn’t expect a spotless home every night but I didn’t expect to be living with this much disarray with minimal clean up each night, even after asking the supervisor to improve pickup of at least garbage and sharp objects in the garage and the common walking paths. Nor did we expect to be spending our fall cleaning caulk off the “maintenance free” siding and re-painting it and installing our outside boxes correctly. I will give the owner credit for realizing that his siding and window crew did inferior work and giving us a discount on our bill. None-the-less, I am rating the services provided based on the quality of the work done."

"I'm quite pleased with the work. I inquired about adding gutters to my 1880s duplex. A gutter contractor I had spoken with previously said he wouldn't be able to add gutters to my home because the roof fascia lacked a flat mounting surface for gutters. Ricky took a look and told me they could add wedge mounting points and make the gutters work. They quoted a fair price and I asked them to go ahead with the work. Their two-man crew took care of the work of installing seamless aluminum gutters in one afternoon. The work looks professional and is functional, and the gutters match my existing soffit/fascia. However, upon closer examination one of the downspouts drained a little close to the foundation for my liking. I was considering just adding a flexible tube from Home Depot to direct the water further away, but then someone from the company followed up unprompted to ask how the work was. I mentioned my issue, and within a couple of weeks they had sent a guy out to add an extension to the aluminum downspout to direct the water a safe distance away. That took the experience from an A- to a definite A. Will call again if I need additional roofing or gutter work."

"Everything went very smoothly. We had two layers of shingles on our roof and some leakage issues. They examined the roof and gave us a quote on a new roof and a solution to the leakage issues. We needed new flashing under some of the siding. They came on schedule and completed the job in the allotted time frame. They did an excellent job with the installation and clean up. The dumpster and any left over materials were promptly removed. Jeff was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company."

"Ryan was very helpful and HONEST. I chose to remove the shingles from my roof and I didn�t tarp it adequately. There was some rain that night and I called Ryan at 5:30 in the morning. He said he would come to help with whatever he could and was at my house at 6:00am! You don�t see this type of customer service anywhere anymore. The crews that put on the shingles, added the soffit and facia and did the gutters were professional and worked quickly. "Excellent work! Having just bought a house we weren't sure how old the roof was but knew it needed something. Tyler came out and gave us some options and price ranges but never pressured us into anything. If anything, he suggested some cheap alternatives to patch potential problems! The price was under other estimates and fit our budget so we decided to replace the roof. Deciding to work with E-roof was easy and convenient. Tyler was super responsive and clear about the work window they had available. He was on-site multiple times to go over options and answer questions.
