I've already had people ask me, " Who poured this? It looks great!" Ari was very professional, responsive and patient with my many questions and concerns. When I texted him on the last day of work with a concern, he came over and laid down on the ground to get a look at what I was talking about, and then took the time to walk me through the decisions we made and how the system will work together as planned to keep my basement dry. Now that I know that they do more than just waterproofing and concrete, I will keep them in mind as future work comes up, because I trust them to do a great job, and finish on time."

"Mad City had to come out 5 times. They didn't get the right base size for a new shower. We had to without a shower for almost 3 months. When they finally completed the job, it was great. It simply took them too long to get it done right."

"Awful. This company has good reviews but was absolutely awful for me. Called because of a water leak which is supposed to be one of their specialties. They had me hire a separate inspector/specialist to evaluate the home exterior. They then tore a hole in our kitchen ceiling looking for the water leak. When they had difficulty identifying the origin of the leak they simply abandoned the project with a hole in the middle of our kitchen ceiling. Finding water leaks is difficult and I don't blame for having difficulty locating the leak but abandoning the project with a gaping hole in our kitchen is really extraordinarily bad service."
