"Ted was great! He arrived right on time and was super nice. We had no idea what was wrong with the garage door - it stopped working a while ago and we just detached it from the motor and were pulling it up and down by hand, and then I accidentally got it stuck a foot off the ground (so Ted had to crawl under the door on the snowy ground - sorry!). He figured out that the bearings just needed to be lubricated and door reattached to the motor. He replaced the batteries in the keypad too. It was a much easier (and cheaper) fix than I thought it would be. He just charged us the minimum for labor. 20 minutes later and the garage door works perfectly!"

"Alamo Garage Doors really care about their customers. Our door wouldn’t close properly, and they took the time to explain why and how to fix it. Everything was repaired on the spot, and it’s been working perfectly since."

"The previous garage door contractor tried to force me to buy a whole new garage door about 6 months ago, but Jordan, checked on the door and just took about an hour to figure out the problem and fixed it. He replaced some brackets and 2 tracks and the door works perfectly, and he did a great job."
