"My God! Dan came out this morning, I explained what was done, he went to work on it right away! My furnace stopped working December 25th, 2024, no heat till today! Keep in mind, the last technician I hired in January 2025, charged me 240 dollars for 20 minutes analysis just to tell me I need new furnace and AC central, my AC works beautifully. Then I used 4 space heaters to keep my house warm! Man my electric bill was over 400 dollars the first month and climbing higher each coming months till Spring arrived! I hired B & D Plumbing and Heater Co. to come out and finish the job. It was a gentleman name Dan, he did an extremely awesome job, telling me the details, explaining everything I needed to knowledge. And now the furnace works about as good as it gets beautifully. The impressive part, he took his sweet time. And the most impressive part was when he presented my total bill! I was about to have a major heart attack when I saw the bill! It wasn’t through the roof bill! Cheap cheap"

"Completely useless visit. I requested a water softener repair. The technician tested the water and discovered that it was hard (I knew this already because the water softener wasn't working). He pushed buttons on the control valve of the water softener and discovered that it wasn't working (I already knew this). They couldn't repair the water softener because it wasn't "their" equipment (brand and model was noted in the repair request, so they presumably already knew they wouldn't be able to repair, but came anyway). The technician volunteered to send a plumber and a sales consultant. Don't waste your $98 on Aquarius. This company is a complete scam. "

"Shane, the plumber, cleared the drain clog. He was friendly, on time, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Shane estimated it would take an hour and it took only about half an hour. I was then charged a ridiculous $830. I feel I was way overcharged and am not happy with this. I do not recommend Dean's Home Services."

That one got the first call on this occasion but did not answer nor did they have an answering machine to take a voice message. I assumed that thye might have gone out of business. So I then called S.O.S. and was taken aback by being greeted so professionally by the person taking calls and setting up appointments. Her name I was told: "Cody." She was above and beyond what anyone would normally experience from individuals responding to calls these days. She worked around an already full schedule to arrange a service call the very day of my call, which was so appreciated. In fact, I was so impressed with Cody that I asked the service tech who came out, Jordan, if she was the owner's wife. No, he said. She's just great at her job. Which takes me to the tech,Jordan. He did a first class job for us. He was efficient, thorough and extra caerful to make sure the drain was fillu cleared. He double-checked his work, a step I had not experienced with other drain cleaning companies. He also did a perfect job of cleaning up the area after his work was completed. A+ Given this "exceeding expectations" experience, S.O.S. is now our family's first call for drain and sewer service."
