"Byron tore down the old fence and did a great job putting up the new one. We had a couple ceiling fans installed in our bedrooms. Byron is a great craftsman and built my mom two beautiful custom built-ins along with her bathroom cabinets. My mom also has rental property and we had him change out some of the A/C filters as the ceilings are high and change out some windows. We have hired him again to do a lot of repairs and new work at the rental property to include building a wheelchair ramp, cementing a space for our A/C unit, building a large bench around a tree and fixing some of our loose bricks. We also have a family owned business and one of our yearly events requires putting up a 30x35 temporary building ( a lot of wood work involved). His knowledge in putting up the building helped everything go smooth. We have used Byron for years for small and large jobs. He is excellent in his field and service and we have been very pleased."

"Scott Ballard was very pleasant to work with. He came to a property I had just purchased to measure and quote a chain link fence I wanted installed for dog enclosure. The fence measured approximately 450 feet. I wanted three gates. Not only did Scott make very accurate notes about my needs, he also let me know that some of what was quoted by another fence company was not necessary. The other company quoted gate sizes that were larger and more expensive than I needed. I appreciate the protection from spending more than I needed to. <br /> <br />The crew came a few days after I accepted the quote. The crew worked hard and carefully and accurately. They made sure everything was the way I wanted it and to my expectations. "At first, I was very disappointed with the result. The boards were crooked, the fence was not plumb, and the concrete that was placed in the holes to support the posts was a total mess. Howver, I contacted Mr. Crossland in the Corpus office. This is one man that GETS it! He listened. He didnt make excuses. He simply handled it. Keep in mind, I was angry and highly skeptical. I have dealt with one bad contractor after another & was prepared for yet another let down. Mr. Crossland maintained open communication, he let me vent and frankly, I said some very harsh, albeit truthful, things. A week later i had the beautiful fence I paid for! They replaced the warped boards, fixed the concrete mess & even added a railing "cap" along the top for no additional cost. It looks awesome! There are SOO many companies out there that could learn alot from D&C fence's commitment to customer service! I gave them a B because the first 6 months were so stressful and it took a few times before Mr Crossland stepped in. But the bottom line is this is a professional company that actually cares about customers!"

"Was quoted for one side of cinderblock fence to replace a wooden fence damaged by irresponsible neighbors' dogs. The quote was reasonable and competitive with others in the area. Within a week of approving the quote AMH was out starting the work. Work was completed in 6 business days without any issues. They will be doing the remaining sides when I am able to afford it. Permian Basin Exteriors uses their time wisely and gets on the job quickly and is just as quick to finish a job, large or small. Their prices were reasonable and they did everything that was asked of them and more.
