"Very pleased with our service.  We used a $200 Angies List coupon for this job.  The tub had been "glazed" before with latex paint, so he removed the paint, sanded and gave our tub a beautiful white finish.  He didn't have the correct drain part at the first visit, but came back first thing the following morning to finish up.  There were a few white smudges from his shoes on the stairs after he left, but they came right up. "In deciding on contractor, I was strongly influenced not only by the price but also by my several conversations with the owner, Charlie, who has been in business for 30 years.  He is a no nonsense guy who prides himself in their reputation for reliability and quality over those years.  He was helpful in answering questions about dealing with residual mortar on lip of tub remaining after re-tiling.
His two service guys did a beautiful job, were very careful about masking surrounding area and preventing dust from the open window (to vent fumes) getting onto the drying glazing.  The new glaze is more resistant to surface damage than I had expected.
They unintentionally left a large bottle of the solvent on site.  But when I called asking them to reclaim it, they apologized and arranged to pick it up the next time they were in the area.

"Service was excellent! Scheduling with Gail on the office staff was easy and courteous. 'Henri' the plumber replaced Moen valve stem in 15 minutes. Next he inspected the other shower faucet which was leaking and partially damaged and provided a very reasonable estimate on what would be required for upgrading. He then replaced kitchen sink garbage disposal and tested in 1 hour. Pricing for services could not be beat. Quality of service, professionalism, and friendliness of plumber was top notch. Will definitely use Henri and W.D. Graves for all our future plumbing needs."

"We had a very difficult faucet to replace in a 60+ year old house and knew we couldn't do it ourselves.  I sent James pictures of the bathtub fixture and plumbing to assess the cost.  He provided a reasonable estimate and showed up on time.  I think the job ended up being much more difficult than expected, due to the age of the house and old fixture.  In spite of it taking 3 hours, with lots of minor complications, he honored the estimate and was very professional.  We will definitely hire him to do future work.
