The following Tuesday they returned and installed a drainage system for our backyard with three catch basins and run off into the street. In the front yard they cut the grass into sod pieces before digging the trench and when finished replaced the grass making it almost imperceptible that they had done the job. Rob is an encyclopedia of information about trees and landscaping and he is always willing to share what he knows. "We contacted Charles for an estimate to replace the roof on our outdoor kitchen/pergola.  His estimate was in line with other estimates we received and we were quite impressed with the knowledge that Charles exhibited.  When we told him that we wanted our polycarbonite roof replaced he knew exactly what we were talking about.

Well, the huge rains occurred here in Spring, Texas and there were a couple of leaks.  I contacted Charles and very quickly he responded and sent his crew out to make repairs.  This was at a time when all the flooding took place and I'm sure they were very busy but he took the time to make repairs on a project that he had already been paid for.  I cannot say enough good things about him and his crew's professionalism.  When we get ready to remodel the outdoor kitchen, Charles will be the first call I place!
