"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. "American Home Shield sent them, I had what turned out to be a difficult drain blockage near my washing machine. But, they came in, did not try to snake anything, just looked at the drain, and said they need to install a clear out inside the house for $950, not covered under my warranty, and then they can begin trying to clear the drain for$500, but I have old pipes and they may need to be replaced. I declined, called another plumber, who worked hard for a total of 4 hours over 2 days, but eventually found and cleared my blockage with different sized snakes for $600. Google Mr. Rooter for rip-off stories all over the country. They immediately want to tear up your pipes and find all kinds of new charges to add. I wasn’t gonna let myself get scammed."

"they did a good job so it seems. it was much later that I took a shower and discovered that the hot water side didn't work because the handle only went to the neutral position instead of all the way to hot. I emailed them twice, called them twice. I just finished 2 times with their online chat and was transfered to a voice line and both times their system hung up on me. I had already gone to Home Depot and they put an order in and so far I haven't been contacted."
