He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Wonderful experience. They don’t try to push you into any Expensive repairs. They are great at letting you know the options you have to fix an appliance or to maintain your appliances. They came to my home and performed maintenance on all my appliances...disposal, washing machine, dryer (major cleaning and fire hazard prevention), dishwasher, 2 refrigerators. I got quality low-cost (less than 1/2 the price I have been paying) water filters for my fridge and also some surge protectors I requested. Promised to call Sat to let me know about parts availability and whether would be back Sat or next week. No call. I had to track them down Monday. Please be sure to call when you say you will, specially after taking credit card information. Also - get some professional receipts with phone numbers printed on them. Oven works great, repairman was wonderful. Fix the little things and you'll be 5 star."

"I am satisfied that it turned out to be nothing really wrong with my over.   However I mentioned to the repairman at the start that the oven light was out, too, and he waited until the end, when I told him, again, (that the light was out) to tell me to take out the old bulb myself and go buy one at Walmart or some place like that.  Being elderly and having back problems, I wanted him to take the old bulb out and tell me how to put the glass bulb cover with the wire bracket holder back on once the new bulb was put in, especially since he didn't want to do it, himself.  (Maybe, he didn't have a replacement bulb with him but he surely could have taken my old one out for me and told me how to replace it, myself.)  I don't know, maybe, it was not something they do on these service calls, especially since he did get to make any money off of me.   He showed me how to take off the oven door.  I guess that was his way of saying that was all he was going to do.  Anyway, I bought a replacement bulb and got my son to put it in for me today.  I am satisfied that he didn't tell me something was wrong with my oven when there really wasn't but I wouldn't have any confidence in him if I ever had to deal with him, in particular, again.  As I said, earlier, though, the scheduler was really nice.

Gary replaced or repaired all the rotting trim pieces (using Hardie-plank for replacements). Gary worked quickly and efficiently.
