At first he was working on his own, but that did not stop him from putting in the exceptional work that he did. I appreciated so much when I was told that the product that was being placed in my bathroom was defective. Jeff was apologetic and assured that they will take care of replacing it in a timely manner. "We used these guys for our kitchen remodel 2 years ago and liked their work and them so well that we hired them to remodel our master bath. The removed the tub (we're geriatric) and installed a new shower with bench, put in new tile floor and reworked the electrical. Although my husband is impatient (these guys are busy and some days only one would be working at our house), they did a beautiful job. No corners were cut - they do beautiful work! They renovated the entire upper floor of our house. They installed new laminate flooring and painted our walls, doors, and baseboards. They remodeled two bathrooms completely, installing new vanities, granite countertops, and tiled our floors and showers. The crews were FANTASTIC. "DE Flooring has been our go to general contractor for 3 separate projects in the past 15 years. 1st project was to replace all the kitchen countertops/bars & niches’ ledges with a beautiful veined high end granite. 2nd was a shower enlargement and installation gorgeous slab marble to the shower, separate tub surround and double vanity. The scope of the work also included to close up a wall and add an arched built in to our master bedroom. All the work was superior quality, it became even more apparent when after an unpreventable illness this awesome shower had to be replace to accommodate a zero entrance ledge and a wheelchair entry, hence another complete remodel. In the process of this 3rd project remodel it was easy to see behind all the walls and 10 years later not a drop of water had leaked or penetrated the original install. It was so tight it was difficult to take it down. I am confident this second remodel of the bathroom will be just as well done as the first. We also chose to replace the master suite carpeting which gives quite an uplift to the rooms. The owner comes by and double checks on the progress daily, instructs his crews and speaks to us. He never has dismissed our inquiries no matter what adversity could be lurking in his personal life. His subs are all professional, friendly and extremely respectful at all times.
