I called Brazosport Plumbing and they knew how to find the leak right away. They opened a small hole in the wall and he was able to fix the leak right away. By them coming right away and knowing what to look for and where, they saved us from having worse damage. The technician was professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. "Excellent! - The project manager Zach and Ellie are very professional, nice and easy to work with. - The quotes are detailed and when we added things on (fixing a squeaky floor, replacing the ladder to our attic) they provided an estimate upfront. - The price was very reasonable and the quality was very high. - We had some unexpected plumbing issues when we opened up the walls and the plumber and Zach were able to come up with a very good solution. - The tiling team was outstanding - they were careful about centering the pattern on the shower benches and nooks. - The also had to move an AC vent and sheetrock over an old doorway. "We needed carpeting replaced in a room that had previously flooded, and we needed it done on short notice the week before Christmas. I placed my initial calls to several companies on a Sunday, expecting to hear back from some of the companies on Monday, but Mr Halfon called me back promptly and assured me that he would be able to do the job that week. (I never even heard back from the others with whom I left messages) He offered to come to the house with samples but I decided to go to his store to choose the carpeting because I was going to be in that area. When I arrived he was prepared with a few samples of what he had on hand, at several different price points, and was patient and answered all of my questions. The installers arrived promptly the next morning at the time they said they would, and did a great job in just a few hours. We are really pleased with the service we received and will definitely call them again when we are ready to replace the other floors in our house.
