"The provider was not very cooperative or friendly when it came to scheduling an appointment.  They limited what days and what it covered.  They claimed that the deal was no longer being offered and that I needed to schedule it soon.  Lack of flexibility, friendliness, and options led me to just let this deal lapse.  I was going to have to end up paying more when it came down to what services I actually needed, and I got a bad attitude from this company, so I decided to cut my losses.  Back when Angie's deal's first started, I assumed that the deals were all from companies with good reputations.  I was upset with both the provider, and with Angie's List for selling these deals with all kinds of catches and limitations -- not very consumer friendly.
