"We worked with Rufino to update the bathrooms and closets in our home master bath/closet and two upstairs bathrooms and closets. He is a True Professional in many ways. He worked with my husband and me to create a modern design that encompassed our ideas. He introduced us to options that are more current in design as well. He created 3D images of our proposed master bathroom and custom closet using our material choices. These images were incredibly helpful in understanding what the finished rooms would look like. His calm demeanor put me at ease with the project and took away my reservations of having our home renovated. "Finding Nick was such a blessing. Not only did he come out the same day we contacted him to provide us with an estimate, but he was able to pick up where the previous contractor left off. One of the largest things that had my wife and I concerned was that the previous contractor cost us two days off from work and we were unsure if we could get more time off for the job to be completed. Nick started work the very next day and came to the job site over the weekend to make sure that our project would be done in time for us to go back to work as previously scheduled. "The project went incredibly well.  The focus was a quality, appropriate renovation/addition on a 1930's federal house in Ann Arbor.  An architect was hired to design an appropriate renewal and replacement inside and out.  It was important that the builder could handle the scale and detail.  We couldn't be happier with the results.
In retrospect I am sure that there is no way that we could have renovated to this standard at this cost with any other builder.  Pete was the perfect choice for our project.  I am veryspecific about the level of quality and detail that I expect and Pete meets my requirements every time.  He does it with a cheerful problem solving attitude that is uncommon in the building trades.  Pete, and any of his co-workers, are a pleasure to have around the house.  He is dependable and extremely honest.
I know that Pete bids large jobs and small jobs.  That makes him somewhat unique as a contractor.  I am sure he brings the same level of workmanship to jobs much smaller than ours. I am equally sure he can manage a big project when contracted to do so.  My main take away is that high quality work at fair prices is rare in the construction field.  Pete’s company occupies a hard to find niche."

"Bad you did not perform service, because claim adjuster lied to me first email said my out side until cover and I have to pay inside coil which is about $1500 which was fine. After few days she called me said I have pay $3500 and my warranty cover only $1500 which was lie I’m not happy with claim adjuster, I called customer service to find out my air coverage it was fals statement from claim adjuster, I have your warranty at least more then 5 years and I had no problem your customer service is very good I recommend several my friends and family members who has choice home warranty"

"It was perfect. I hired Roger because I trusted him. His company did work for me in 2013 and I was very pleased then. I am even more pleased now! I thought I needed to replace the siding all the way around my house (it's 40 years old). A neighbor painted his and, while it looked okay, the painting was so expensive that I thought I'd see if there was an in-between solution. Roger said he could replace just the south side (first and second floor) and match the existing front and back. I got home tonight and the work is PERFECT. The south side (attached garage on lower level, my office and a bedroom on upper level) have new siding that perfectly matches the 40-year-old stuff AND everything looks new. They did a wonderful job sealing up everything tightly and I couldn't be more pleased. Roger visited this house twice to look at the work as the job specs changed (I kept asking questions and I had some brick work done in between). He was on time, charged a fair price, and confirmed last week that he would be here today. I didn't call or expect a call yesterday, and I had an early appointment at a client's place this morning. Roger called me first thing to say his crew was at my house and he was heading over to check on things. We talked about the job and he informed me that my office window had some messy caulk - he cleaned it up and made sure it was sealed tight for winter. I would hire this company to do any sort of remodeling work and I'm thrilled."
