"We were very impressed with the work done at our home. We had three separate areas leveled (The two driveway areas previously had water pooling near the foundation of the garage and home every time it rained. The A/C unit was not leveled when we moved in this past winter). The gentleman who came out to do our quote was professional and understanding in practicing social distancing with the Covid situation. When the two gentlemen came out to perform the work they were prompt, on time and overall did an outstanding job. They did a fantastic job on leveling the driveway and sidewalk slabs. They are now level, and the holes into which they pumped the substance to level it are barely noticeable. They also did a great job on removing and installing a new front step to the porch. The repair of the brickwork around the porch leaves a lot to be desired, though. The mortar is not set back from the face of the bricks-- it's flush. Some of the bricks are also way out of position.

I haven't notified them of the poor quality work because, well, I haven't talked to them. I tried calling right after the work was completed because they require payment within 24 hours. I left a message, but nobody has contacted me. I'm certainly not too upset about this since I don't want to pay for work that is poor quality, but I did want to give them an opportunity to show what kind of customer service they have.

So, please do not hesitate to use this company for concrete leveling. They are great. That is why I have given them high ratings overall. However, I would seek out another company that specializes in brickwork or mortar repair if you need any work like that done.
