He was very kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, as I suspected, it was a replacement. Jeff the project called and we walked through our options and price with him. He was low pressure and very understanding. We decided after our research to schedule a replacement for Sunday morning. Les and Brandon arrived on time and were very nice and worked quickly. Overall it was a great experience and GREAT customer service! Les and Brandon were very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

"Was a customer for several years and took advantage of the maintenance program they offered. I had a fair amount of work done and they were always prompt and efficient, though quite pricey. One minor issue with a repair was addressed without delay. When they were last out (2016), I was told the maintenance contracts were being revised. I requested that info be sent when available, but never received anything. I have since contacted them by leaving a phone message and have also sent two requests via their website. I have never received a response. While scheduling service was never an issue, this lack of contact is why I gave an 'D' on responsiveness."
