I contacted Daily Rain because of some of the reviews I read.  I'm glad I did.
When I first contacted them, the person on the phone was very easy to talk with and explained to me the process.  I arranged to meet with Jerry, the owner, at my property to explain my needs.
I told him I wanted a sprinkler system and then drainage for some of my downspouts including the sump pump drain pipe.
After he gave me the quote, including the Angie's List Discount, I signed up.  
I originally scheduled the install for July 17, Rick who was the lead installer called me the day before asking if we could start.  Unfortunately we were out of town on Vacation, but it is very refreshing to have a company offer the start of a job ahead of schedule.
Unfortunately, we asked him to start on the 17th.  When they did they were as professional as they get.  The arrived, and explained to me what they were going to do.  Afterwards they gave me a quick rundown of the equipment and how to do the basic stuff.
I'm very pleased with the setup and my new SOD is also!!
I will definitely contact Daily Rain in the future, especially for maintenance of my system.

Ed and his crew arrived a few minutes early the following morning and had the entire job done in just under 3 hours. The work was terrific the employees were extremely hard workers and the team worked like a colony of ants. nothing was left to question and Ed was terrific during the entire process making sure that everything I wanted done was done the way I wanted it done.
