His knowledge and experience was reflected as he demonstrated that the sprinklers were fully functional and the watering area was completely covered. He dug up an area and showed evidence of cinch bugs habitation as he suspected. He respected my property and cleaned up the area before leaving. He went above and beyond and assisted in setting up the sprinkler timer and advised cutting down on time on the zones that covered both sides of the house where there was water stagnation.
