"They did a great job ! I needed a new faucet and some other work done and the work was done efficiently and they made every attempt to keep the areas they worked clean and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves after the work was done.
I definitely recommend Knight's plumbing and will use them in the future.

"I purchased a new A/C unit. All went well with the sales and installation. After repeated return visits because the house was not getting cool we came to realize the new system was not compatible with the old duct work. An unexpected and expensive surprise. I felt as though that should have been identified earlier. The management did work hard to solve the problem. I did get additional quotes for the duct work just to be sure I wasn’t being taken advantage of. I must say that after having the duct work replaced the house temperature in every room if perfect! I am happy with the service I received and would call them again."

"I got to pick my repair date & time. The repairman thought my PVC pipes were so old that it wouldn't hold the glue; but tried anyway. He was right."

"Joe and his team from Island Property Maintenance and Repairs were fantastic from start to finish. Joe was responsive to my needs and was more than willing to quote the job in stages so that I could monitor my budget. I paid the company as the job progressed. Joe sent out a three man team and these men were professional, talented and worked hard all day. They continually checked with me about any issues as they arose. I would highly recommend Island Property Maintenance and Repairs and will definitely use them again for any future projects."

"Arrived on time and was able to quickly make the repair."

"Lamont did a great job on the many items I needed done. I had a list of work to be done but was having trouble finding one person who could or would do them all. After much searching I found Lamont and read his great reviews. Now I know why. He was able to complete everything on my list! From installing new storm door, replacing interior doors and hardware, repairing holes and painting closets, hanging ceiling fans, cutting marble backsplash and installing, etc. He is very patient and listens to what you want then completes the work nicely. He is polite, respectful, and professional. He was able to work me into his schedule quickly and completed the work in the amount of time estimated and for the price quoted. I highly recommend him for anything you need done and when I need something he is the only person I'll be calling.... I am very thankful to have found him."

"In my old house, we had some work done when we were selling it. It was a good company. I was pleased with them. They were provided by the realtor that we had used. They replaced lines under the sink. They were good."

"Work involved replacing existing ceiling fan that required cutting through ceiling to attach vent tubing to a newly installed roof vent. Work was done efficiently, ceiling repaired and matched to existing color, and everything cleaned up."
