Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"The bathroom renovation went Extremely well! The Ateam were a pleasure to work with from choosing materials to demo to completing the job. Javier is very knowledgeable and has great taste. It was a complete remodel -I ordered the bathtub on line but it didn’t arrive when it was supposed to so there was a hold up on my end, however Javier and his team were extremely patient and worked around it until bathtub arrived. They kept the job going and kept the job site tidy and safe. We are thrilled with our new bathroom, it’s an amazing transformation. "FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

"I hired them once. They installed a new water heater. That was a good experience. I have another project I wanted to hire them to do it. I had 7 (seven) lights were installed in my kitchen. The company that did that used Utilitech lights. (Care Electric was the one who installed these cheap crap lights. Out of those 7 lights only three still work. I wanted to hire this company to fix that. They quoted me Five Thousand dollars to install the Newblights. I did not use them as it was overpriced in my opinion. I am still seeking a company that will quote a reasonable amount to either put seven new lights in my kitchen or Replace the four that went dark. I do not like the Utilitech lights which are discontinued anyway. Care Electric did the original Shoddy work that cost a lot and did not last. This company wanted to follow their example by charging me FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to install five lights? I am not rich and live in a modest home. I must look stupid and appear to be a perfect candidate to be ripped off is all I can think. Jane G."
