"Early Saturday evening we lost water. I called our regular well company immediately but did not receive a return call. I understand, not everyone wants to work on the weekend but by 5:45 AM Sunday AM we were fairly miserable. Carrying water from the swimming pool over hardwood floors in order to refill toilets is not my idea of fun. I put in a call on a Sunday morning a bit after 7:30 AM to Bay Area Pump and Wesley texted back almost immediately. He asked if between 10:00 - 10:30 AM was ok (I was thrilled) and was at our house at 10:00 AM. The problem was ants had gotten in the well's electric box. I asked if we should have the well serviced regularly and he said no, just spray to keep the ants down. Wow, someone who responds quickly, is punctual, works on a Sunday morning for a fair cost AND doesn't try to sell us a service policy! Water restored, my husband and I are delighted and highly recommend Wesley and Bay Area Pump."

"Cole Sutcliffe, the owner has been to our house to service our well pump before. I called him today when we had no water at our barn. He walked me through a few steps over the phone and actually got our water working without coming to our house and charging me for a service call. He actually told me that he doesn't want to sell me a well pump until ours is completely dead. Most companies would take your money and run whether you need it or not. Cole is all about customer service and integrity. <br /> At some point we will need to replace the well pump and nobody will get this job except Sutcliffe. <br />"

"They came to my home within an hour of making the call, and replaced the control box and got my system back up and running, he tested the pressure tank and told me it was only operating at about 50% efficiency, then suggested I replace it, was hesitant to do so cause I felt it was pretty pricey ( after researching the cost of the tank after the fact I found he gave me a very fair price on it).  Im glad that I did cause it significantly increased the water pressure I was seeing in my home.  Did a great Job.  I don't recall the exact date but I believe this was over a weekend as well. <br />"

"<p>Got up early Sunday morning to get ready for church and had no water.  I checked the breakers and none were thrown.  Went outside to determine the problem and pressure tank read zero pressure.  Even though in-ground well pump and pressure tank had been replaced two years ago, I thought the worst.  Went on Angie?s List to search for someone to come out and look at the problem and found Robert?s Well Drilling.  They had 100% ?A? ratings.  Gave them a call, and talked to Mr. Roberts.  I explained what the issue was and what I had done already (checked the breakers, check pressure switch, looked for burst pipe, etc). I told him I did find a lizard (or what was left of the crispy critter) on top of the switch.  After asking if I was a handyman, he recommended that I turn the power off to the pump and pressure switch, go back to the pressure switch and clean off the points with an emory board, as part of the lizard may be stopping the points from making contact.  I cleaned the points and turned the breakers back on and GOT WATER.  I called Mr. Roberts back, told him the good news and offered to buy him lunch the next time he was in Wesley Chapel.  I was really impressed in that here was an opportunity to do a service call on a Sunday (at $125 minimum) but took the time to see if I had done everything I could for myself prior to him coming out.  This speaks volumes of the type of individual he is and how he treats his customers.  I highly recommend him for your water needs. </p> <br />"

"I did a brief search of contractors to make some maintenance repairs to my fiberglass inground pool.  I ultimately contacted James from Action Pool primarily based on my review of their Angie's List page and service reviews.  After one call to James, I really felt comfortable that Action Pool was qualified to do this job.  James spent a long time talking to me, not only about the repairs needed, but also about some other questions I had about my pool.  James explained in detail what the job entailed and what work would need to be done.  His rough estimate of the job price seemed satisfactory to me.   <br /> I decided to hire Action Pool and scheduled the job a few days later.  They were actually able to start the work earlier than scheduled, which fit our schedule as well.  The technicians that arrived to perform the work were also very professional and thorough in their explanation of the work to be done, putting me at ease, just as James did.   <br /> Prior to the actual work beginning, I felt fairly confident in Action Pool's ability to do the job based on the communications I had with each of the staff.  However I emphasized to all of them, over the phone and in person, that my number one priority is that care is taken to properly drain the pool because I knew that the water table in our neighborhood was fairly high.  My highest concern was that the pool wasn't at risk for damage if the water table wasn't lowered properly prior to draining the pool.  I was assured by the Action Pool staff that they always take the necessary precautions and actions to ensure a pool can be safely drained. <br /> Action Pool performed all of the work to repair the pool exactly as they promised.  They effectively pumped the ground water and took measurements as necessary to ensure the pool could be drained.  They drained the pool as needed.  When the pool was partially drained I was surprised at how stained the walls had become over the years.  I knew I had some staining and was actually ok with it for the most part - when filled the pool looked fairly good.  But when the pool was draining, those stains were really noticeable.  I mentioned to the technicians how it would be great to be able to take the opportunity to try and clean the stains while the pool was drained.   <br /> Well, when all the work was done, the technicians did all of the repairs I requested perfectly, they safely drained the pool, and....they even cleaned the pool for me while the pool was drained .  I truly can't express enough how satisfied I am with the end result.  The repairs are fantastic - perfectly blended in an unnoticeable.  And, the cleaning provided literally made my pool look brand new.   <br /> Action Pool performed all of the work they promised to my 100% satisfaction, they even went above and beyond what I expected, and made me feel comfortable and confident in their work before, during, and after the job. <br /> <br /> <br />"

He came out the next morning and installed a new pump for our lawn sprinkler system. Then he inspected and adjusted all of our sprinkler heads.
